My research addresses the philosophy of physics and the philosophy of science. I am also interested in the history of 20th century physics and I have a background in high energy particle physics which informs my current research. Before coming to Pittsburgh I completed a B.A. in Physics and Philosophy at the University of Chicago and a M.A. in the Philosophical Foundations of Physics at Columbia University. My work is published in The British Journal for Philosophy of Science, Studies in the History and Philosophy of Physics, and The European Physics Journal C. You can find more information about my research and teaching on my website.
