On May 2, 2020 Sandra Mitchell presented a talk at an online conference Venture Thinking that was broadcast in Italy (she was dubbed into Italian!) on https://venturethinking.it/#/  (her first appearance in the video stream is at 24:21). Her talk was on how firms could respond to the Covid 19 crisis by understanding different ways in in which complex biological systems respond to external disruption to adapt to new environments (selection competition in a population, organismic robustness by reorganization, ecosystem stability by finding sustainable equilibria).
