I am interested in medical epistemology, philosophy of psychology, and philosophy of biology, especially in relation to feminist philosophy of science. In particular, I care about how scientific and medical epistemologies serve and shape the experiences of marginalized communities, about relationships between epistemic and non-epistemic values in science, and about reduction and mechanism in molecular biology. I studied Philosophy, Molecular Biology, and Biochemistry at Middlebury College and worked on public health projects for the Mental Health Center of Denver.
